PeRoBa Unternehmensberatung GmbH (Management Consultancy, LLC) hopes that you made it well into the new year, 2022. Certainly you know the sentence, “The same procedure as every year, James!“ from the “Dinner for One“ movie. That might also hold true when it comes down to the widespread New Year’s resolutions. Insofar as you have already participated in a PeRoBa webinar, we would like to apply this motto very consciously to ourselves this year and offer that format regularly at least once a month starting from February 11. We will begin with the issue of compliance and the corresponding requirements and changes in 2022 concerning the GDPR, the Supply Chain Due Diligence Obligations Act, the Disclosure Regulation, or the Whistleblower Directive in order to name but a few.
